Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value your time and ask that you respect ours by providing adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations * Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be made without penalty. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the booked service total. * Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may also be charged 40% of the booked service total. Rescheduling * Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge when notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance. * Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to the same 40% fee. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the scheduled time. * Full service fees may still apply. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
